Nice jingle there, bro. Seems it's waiting for the drums/band to come it though. Maybe another verse with the band in then to a chorus.

Thanks. It’s a work in progress. I’m bored so I’m digging out old songs I wrote but wasn’t happy with to see if I can make something of them. One of the guitar player/singers in our band quit and we are stalled until we find a replacement.

Just some minimalist shaker and fingersnaps might be Cool. And some spaced tambo. It needs a little prechorus or something to break it Up bit.but if "bleak" was what you were going for, kinda nailed it!
