lost another one this week to Cancer. So many over the years. The silent killer..ugg... Didn't have a song ready yet as was experimenting with the new amps & cabs. Sorta was riffing & this spit out pretty quick as was grieving yesterday.
Gibson SG mini's into Mesa 50 Caliber+ into Orange HP8 cab celestion k100's
Lead- Orville LP Goldtop into Mesa Mark 3 into Mesa 4x12 Black Shadows
Bass. Fender Jazz into Ampeg PF50t/SVt210avt
Vox- MXL 990

The song personally is a bit rough for me but I agree with the Cancer. It needs to leave! I lost my Grandfather years ago to cancer and he was my best friend and also lost a step brother who played drums for a band called Unburdened from Seattle. Years ago they opened for Alice in Chains when they first started out on tour..
Thanks for sharing @BFT Gibson ...

yeah man, the cancer thing ..my Dad, and a co- worker..one day fine at work..then lung cancer..not but 4 months till he passed.

the rough music..we did an experiment as my former drummer got back with me..then bailed..oopps..we have a fairly decent following. & got some feedback...the people wanted the heavies more than the reg stuff. So we went that way again..just did a whole year with the Mrs singing & fender amps( have to have a fender or i will play heavy,,lol)

just finished the 10 songs for first UP album..now.have the Gibson The Paul -tbuckers ..Goldtop(PAF) & Melody Maker(singles) out..into the Mesa Mark 3... man the cleans & the normal gain levels are so rock. Going to do a standard tuning run for next batch of 8 then, usually get bored & drop tune & bring the heavies again for next batch..but my only real formula is matching the drums to a mood,,then adding the guitar & bass.
