Yep Herb Alpert! My Mother played Herbs music while growing up . I love his music! Its always had a special place in my life. 90 years old and still going strong. All the best to this man a legend in the music business.

My parents hung out with a group of successful suburban hipsters, and they were constantly listening to the Tijuana Brass or Sergio Mendes and Brazil ‘66.

He's on tour right now, celebrating 50 years of Whipped Cream & Other Delights.

I wish that I could have seen him when he was in Boston, but it sold out rather quickly.

Another very good trumpet player. Doc Severinsen. Never got to see Herb Alpert but I have seen Doc at least once…. Maybe twice.
