I watched the launch “with“ one of my sons!

He no longer lives at home, so he called me and we both logged onto the same livestream.

He was on speakerphone and we discussed the thing together, while we watched the same thing on each of our computers.

Not as good as having him here. But, it was kind of fun, anyway.

IT was good to see it go off smoothly
must be fun going from zero to 800 mph in under 60 seconds .....or waht ever ludicrous speed they achieved.....

Not as exciting as the Apollo launches. I was under 10, but I do remember some of those and have a few audio recordings. The video feed was awesome of the astronauts and the different stages. Much better than even the Shuttles. The significance and magic of the whole thing.... meh. I'm a bit jaded like our whole society.
