Good work. Very original. It doesn't borrow anything from anyone. Such unique and distinctive vocals too...
Thank you..25 years ago from the moment ipicked up a bass,,,all originals..always had "our" sound....my teacher at first lesson..did something(we laugh to this day) he said i can keep taking your money or you have natural instinct & timing..go do your own thing...he said"if you do covers..you will get stuck in a right hand motion you cant change & a chord progression that every one else does) he encouraged me to get in a band..so went to music store..ripped a number off flyer & joined a band..learned more in 1 practice . Figured..intro-verse-chorus structure..big solo at end..big build up then tie it together to intro at end & keep it between 3-4 minutes.

I love playing live and I also love creating music in the studio. But the time I have spent doing studio work has made me - I think - overly cautious playing live.

In the studio, I am more bold - like walking a tightrope with a net.

live is such a rush..the songs blow by in what seems like seconds...almost everything goes out the window in a way..the adrenaline takes over..in the pocket works great tho for songs. We take the songs & play them pretty close live but have a few with designed parts for each band member to over the top solo.....we actually hope the songs go off kilter..singer needs to bring us back..J...starts to wind up her arms..lol...she makes us behave when its time

Nice job, man. Enjoyed it. Are you doing one song a month (noticed 8th song and it's the 8th month)? I thought about doing that, but haven't yet - I really need to get off my butt and record a couple more tunes here sooner or later...

Strong groove in that one , still has the crunch of a heavier hitting piece!
Keep em churning BFT
