For the last month or two, my wife and I have eaten 90% of our meals with recipes found on skinnytaste.com
Not only are they healthy, they are absolutely delicious.
Today for lunch I had Banh Mi, and I devoured it. (My wife made it). Loved it, so I figured I would share. It has jalapenos, so it's got a kick. But if you can handle it, it's worth it. We make it ahead of time, and bag the veggies separate. Just heat the pork/rice, pour on the veggies, enjoy.
