Skillet Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Wife made it just now. Get small skillet.. lay the pineapple & cherries on bottom of pan(soaking in brown sugar mixture) then add the stirred in cake mixture over the top. Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Pour rest of brown sugar on top of cake. It comes out slightly dense compared to a cake & it is delicious. Actually refreshing

When its done put a plate on top & flip real quick(all i am allowed to do..lol)
