One of our guitarists has this amp. What kind of service would it require...like bias or???

That is a beast!...with a couple hundred $ to re-tube now and then.
4x 12ax7, 2x 12au7, 4x EL34, 1x5u4....runs you a little under what a Dual Rec requires for a full re-tube.
Requires normal tube amp maintenance. Bias when you change power tubes, and check bias occasionally to maintain tube life expectancy. Possibly re-cap every 10-15 years.

Works fine...so maybe a "tuneup" of sorts????

Then I'd say Don nailed it. Retube and bias, and at its age possible new caps.
