Sad news: RIP Alec Jon Such of Bon Jovi

Damn it!!! Seems like this year is going to be brutal for Rockers all around. Now we say goodbye to Alec Jon Such, great bassist and founding member of the band that refined the hair/glam metal sound and look: Bon Jovi. Passed away today (sunday, June 5th) at the ripe young age of 70.

And why am I the one that keeps running into such sad news lately?? FUNGUS!! It would look like I'm angling for the obit writer position... Anyhoo...

Rest in power, Alec Jon Such. Your grooves ruled and you will be missed.

Alec was a big deal in the formation of Bon Jovi. He was a childhood friend of Tico and actually introduced Ritchie to the other band members.
