Came to a crossroads last night, it's time. Officially retiring from the amp building for good, have two partial builds left on the bench to finish and I'm tired of it. Selling off everything as I can list and take pics. All of it


First up is a 50Watt Hiwatt clone kit/build sourced from Modulus in England. Steel chassis, Modulus period correct iron wound for U.S. wall voltages. Comes as you see it. I briefly bolted up some of the parts for a mockup. Doesn't have a Cabinet, tubes, cord. I think if I look I have most all of the resistors and caps. After I make up that list and go through the bins I'll update the listing here, and anything that I find goes with the kit. I have just over $700 in it, will take $450 flat out and you pay for the shipping as it's one heavy bugger. I'll pack it well for free, you pay the actual shipping costs and the insurance. NO USPS. Fed Ex or UPS

All premium stuff, Carlilng Clliff, Belton, ARS Filter caps, CTS pots. Extra Filter caps included. was going to use the Ceraiatone layout for a guide.

Anyone have an interest in buying out my parts bins, some tools, and templates and jigs as one lot? Or my crusty decrepit old people stinky Sylvania tube caddy with misc tubes in it? Has some rectifier tubes, 6AQ5's, a couple of 6L6's.

That is gorgeous, I wish I could get that.
I am thinking about a less ambitious build but all my builds have been on hold indefinitely.

I’m probably going to regret asking this…

Please post some photos of the stuff you have so we can see if we want to jump any of it.
