The Steve Miller Band show I had tickets for were cancelled.
Vivid Seats sent an email saying I have 7 days to request a refund or receive a credit for %110 of the original purchase. Not a bad deal I suppose.
Anyway, I didnt see the email and responded on the 8th day.
They had my money for months ahead of the cancellation.
So, regardless whether you agree with their 7 day deadline or not in my case: have any of you had trouble getting a refund for something you paid for that was then COVID cancelled?
