Random Blues Backing Track app

Here's a simple thing I cobbled together for my practising:

When you press the button it should select a random key and tempo (80 - 200 bpm), search Youtube for blues backing tracks in that key/tempo, and pick a random one of the top 5 results.

It's a bit rough around the edges and sometimes the result isn't what you expect, but I think for my use it's good enough. Maybe it's useful to someone else as well...

That is very cool. I always end up with the same tracks. I love that the key is random. Forces you to think.

I went down this rabbit hole for hours last night. I love this. When was the last time I tried to play to a jazz progression in Db minor. Never! A lot of them were way beyond my skill level but it was fun trying. It really made me think about where the chord notes are on the fret board. This will make me a better player. @aon Thank you!

Glad you like it!

Yeah, something I noticed as well is that you get tracks with different "feel" - sometimes they are very mellow and jazzy and some are loud and fast SRV-style shuffle. So you need to adjust your playing accordingly (or at least attempt to...)
