PRS

I've had a few reasons to be a PRS support fan.
Bought a H 50w combo used. Emailed PRS asking what bulb to buy for the power light. They immediately asked for my address and sent me 2 free of charge.
I bought a P22 piezo guitar (used again) and the piezo quit. Shipped it to PRS and they replaced the board, and the jack assembly, then shipped it back at no charge. All I paid was the shipping to them.
Every company makes mistakes because they hire humans.
It's what they do about it that counts.

Yep agreed. How the problem is handled is the most important. I guess we can find negative things about any product or company if we look hard enough.

I agree ! Customer service is everything for me. Crappy service and I vote with my wallet somewhere else.
