Hmmm, I see what you're saying. But, I don't know it still looks kinda unwieldy. I will make an effort to hold/play one next time I visit a guitar shop.

It is slightly larger --- but lighter.....so not as unweildy as it looks....and MUCH easier seated than say a Casino or 175 or similar large Hollow guitars

Yeah Clarke and Willis ruled . One of the wifey and my long standing fueds is how bad they sucked
once Willis left and Clarke passed I don't like P Collen he is a show boat who never wrote a damn
thing he been playing Clarke and Willis songs for 30 years .She wont admit that I'm right.
Hell without Vivian they really be screwed.

Hmmmm...There was definitely a change when Pete left and a bigger change when Clarke passed away...in some ways, akin to the change AC/DC went through when Bon Scott died. However, I really would like to interject an opinion here.

I was impressed with 'High N Dry' and blown away with 'Pyromania.' Mutt Lange's lyrical/musical contribution and OCD production style were years ahead of their time in the rock/metal genre. I admired Phil Collen back then because he had the super-cool Ibanez DT555, one of which I bought almost immediately after seeing it on an MTV video. As the years have passed, I have still admired Collen's work, but for a very different reason.

I have played on a lot of recordings over the years and I have been the last minute replacement for many guitarists and bass players. In summary, I have been a supporting musician almost all my life. I have a greater appreciation for Collen now, because I have been "that guy" that even got booed when I walked out on stage...learning someone else's licks and trying to imitate their style. Working late into the night on recordings and never being able to talk about what you did, because you are under a non-disclosure contract.

I think that all the guitar players who followed Randy Rhoads never left his shadow, even though they all shined in their own right...

That goldtop might enjoy a holiday to Korea...

You could probably joint package it with RVA's silver SG to save postage.
