I cannot seem to find PM's/Conversation options in people's profile,,,,,,,,,,, is this under renovation or do mods know about it yet?
 
It should be the same as always. Click on "start a Conversation" Which you see when you click on the user name and on their profile page
 
Refresh and let me know if the "Start a Conversation" button is available to you.
