Pizza

I don’t make a Neapolitan pizza. Closest I come is a margarita pizza. And I don’t really make it right. My crust is a little too thick and I don't cook at 800 degrees for 2 minutes.

My crusts tend to be more like Pizza Hut or Papa John in thickness and texture.

As for local carry out pizza joints. We’ve tried a bunch in our neighborhood. Only a couple have impressed us enough to go back.
 
The best pizza I‘ve ever had is at Pizzeria Kiara in Mainz, Rheinland Pfalz Germany. It’s owned by Italians from Naples. The crust is the best I‘ve ever tasted. I have to have at least one pizza from there whenever I visit my family.
