Guys,

Kevin Paul (Kevin Paul Moore) and I have been online pals since about 2015 on another music forum and we've been in fairly close contact by email, both before and after us coming here to TTR. I last exchanged letters with Kevin on October 22, 2018 and his last activity here in TTR was on October 23, 2018. It was really out of character for Kevin to drop out of sight, so I sent a few more emails and PM's and no replay ever came.

Kevin had recently sent me a set of Gibson Green keys, so I started backtracking for information about him in the Pittsburg, Pennsylvania area. I was saddened to find this:

Although no photos have been published, the name of his companion is correct, as is the names of some of his relatives that I gathered from our conversations.

Here's a photo I got not too long ago from Kevin...

Kevin was very private. But, he did share his Soundcloud Page with me:

RIP Mr. Moore, I'm a better man to have known you if only through the forums.

Thanks for sharing, Robert.
I had noticed Kev's absence and was just thinking of him this past weekend.
I met him through the connection to the Silkyn amp, which I was working on at the time.

I recall some of his posts related some health issues he was dealing with but this seems sudden.

I clicked the link to the funeral home and was going to leave a music note on his memorial wall but I / it didnt feel right.

One of the other symbols was a camera, which made me chuckle and would have fit, but again thought maybe others would not understand that as symbol of what I / we know of him by razzing him about his fuzzy pics.

Oh, no! I feared something was wrong, since he hadn't been posting for a little while. So sad.

He was such a great contribution to the forum. His crazy humor was wonderful.

Rest in peace, Tone Brother Kevin.

"I just play guitar for fun. No dreams of becoming a star. There are too many of them. I played the guitar and blues harp all my life, just for my sanity. That is it. I don't play to make people happy, but if that happens, great! I am just a guitar player...." - Kevin Paul Moore

Kevin was an avid photographer. He struggled with MS and he couldn't hold the camera still....

OH NO! I loved KP, me and him used to PM all the time...he was a strange fellow, but I liked his sense of humor!

I invited Kevin here after he was banned from another forum. At first people didn't know what to make of him or if he would fit in, but he hung in just fine!

RIP Kevin...
