I know the work that will be involved in making those repairs to that plane. I have done some myself. Pilot did a great job of bringing her down. The outcome for the other guy was disaster.

In terms of $$ and cents, define disaster. It's an expensive hobby. There's an RC field 3 miles from my house that I've visited a few times to watch some of those 6' long planes fly. Amazing!

In terms of disaster, that fellows plane will be a right off, $$$ wise, have no way of telling, you get just a slight glimpse of the plane, many variables, is it gas, is it electric, is it glow fuel. What kind of kit is it, how big is it, did he build from scratch, i am sure you know what i mean.
