No emoji for Reply to threads

I should have stated somewhere in my OP ---

I had the ability to before last night.
I can't post pics of what I'm seeing either.


In the right-hand corner there is a Magnifying Glass and a folder. They are outlined in a Blue Box, as well as the Entire Reply Area. When I tap the Magnifying Glass, ALL the Blue Border Lines go away, but I can't do anything at all, unless I tap them again -- Then, the Blue Lines reappear and I can continue to Reply, but I can't use emoji or post pics.

Odd and frustrating,

IDK what I may have done that I shouldn't have done
Or Haven't done what I should have done.

Never accessed this site from a phone, so I really can't say what it looks like.

A long while back I did something on my phone. Computer was never an issue. I also wasn’t able to post the emojis. Been long enough I don’t remember how I fixed it. If I like you had to ask. But kept poking and hoping and figured it out.

This is what I have just done ---

Went to my --- BROWSING HISTORY

Tapped on ---- VIEW BROWSING HISTORY

Looked at the SITES that showed up ---
NOTHING UNUSUAL NOR UNAUTHORIZED USE had shown up

Tapped -- CLEAR BROWSING DATA

When I saw
HISTORY DELETED

I did a RESTART on my phone

Logged in to TTR

RESULT -----
I have emoji ability in REPLY

As I stated earlier,
NOT A COMPLAINT

Has there always been a Blue Border Line around the REPLY area, with a
Magnifying Glass and Folder in the upper right in a Blue Border Line Box??

I noticed it last night for the 1st time.
