In case you find this stuff interesting (I sure do), here is a quick clip of the Candy Corn Strat plugged diectly into a high impedence input on the mixer. The effects are all on-board the miixer, and of rather good quality.

I actually recorded by listening to myself on headphones without the effects, using the "PFL" (pre-fader listen) output to the headphones after setting the effects how I wanted them. EQ-ing was done on the mixer. It was cool to listen to my dry sound because I really focused on my playing. I may not have annunciated that right, so feel free to correct me. Anyway, here is a direct-to-mixer recording
