Ok, so I am not known for my patience. NGD may be tomorrow, but that is no reason not to start the wiring today, which is pretty easy with a strat-type thing. Here is my pre-wiring

Which will go in something like this (this is a stock photo)

I really like the paint on those! Now what if the screw holes on the two pick guards don't match?
Dowels! Just some toothpicks, glue and a drill. However, I am going to use the black PG that comes with it. This one is just there as a reference.

uhm..............you rewired the guitar before getting it---- my that is efficient......

this guy likes them

Maybe I should get the purple one!

I just really enjoy making a standard guitar unique. It is like chiseling a statue

I had a 1971 Fender P bass that someone stripped the finish off ended up having it painted Ice Blue Metallic to match my 1964 Strat
My friend Duffy it was his dream bass so I gave it to him. Duffy was Trower's stage hand for 15 years. I did get to talk on the phone with Robin a few times the amazing thing was
Trower told me what year and model Marshall year of the Strat and every effect I was using and the only thing that is missing is a original VOX Wha.
Duffy died of a blood infection 18 years ago. My point the Ice Blue paint cost way more than the guitars you guy's are getting.

I do really like the 2 tone paint scheme on those, but not enuff to buy another guitar just for the paint.

Great work.
It's obvious to me the first switch opens your garage door, what do the others do?

Thank you.

The neck and middle pickups are splitable and split on the first 2 mini toggles toward the neck. The rear mini engages the passive mid boost, which is the ball of tape with wires.
