I love your utilitarian approach to recording - amp leaned up against the wardrobe like that with the mic hanging from the cable. Has a Big Pink house vibe to it that The Band would certainly appreciate. Whatever is clever, dont need nothing else beyond the urge to play and get it on tape.

I've always felt right at home in these situations.

Came up with something lately.. want to be able to play live..whatever is recorded. Our shows always sounded real close to the recording, I think that inspired the....make my amp sound how it will live.. then simply capture it. So much of the studio mystique has sorta not there anymore.
