New strange guitar day

2 days ago I went on a GAS hunt and bought this homemade guitar from a luthier, he built it in 2010 with quality components, 1 inch thick spalted maple body, neck through maple and carbon fiber neck, Schallers tuners Gotoh bridge CTS pots, bumblebee cap and unknown P-90 pups.
Sounds like heaven to me and got it for the special price of $100. The dude was moving

Very interesting! How about more info like:

Weight?

Tuning stability?

Brand and model of the P90’s?

Neck heavy?

Adjustable Truss rod?

Comfort level from the rear of the body?
The guitar was made by Patrick Denommee, it's 4.5 lbs, stays in tune very well, unknown P-90's, does not neck dive because of the bulge at the bottom of the neck counter balances, truss rod adjustment at neck butt and pretty comfy played in multiple positions.
