Started last Wednesday at my new job. Had a half day of orientation and then was cut loose to begin. Talked to my sup' a few times and he has some things on the horizon for me. But for now, my new job position:

Good thing I'm salaried.

On the positive side, I've had some time to re-acquaint myself with my guitars. Started to play more and my finger tips were sadly out of sort. All my callouses were gone so I'm slowly building that back up. AND, I tried the demo of the Neural DSP Petrucci and the NTS Suite plug-ins. I think I actually prefer those over the amps I have. I've been loving the Petrucci plug in entirely too much.

I ordered a hard case for the Jackson Soloist. Once that arrives it goes on the market. I've been watching the prices and they have been skyrocketing. My Solar has become my go-to for now so no sense keeping the Soloist. I bought the case because trying to sell a guitar and ship it without a case seems like a nightmare to me. I'll still make out like a bandit when it does sell. If....

Good luck, bro. I haven't worked in 2 years, ....but, I've funded all of it. I've dreaded going back into computer programming because it's not quite in my soul like it used to be. Will have to buck up at some point, I suppose.
In the later part of my career I used to tell the younger Engineers working for me that I used to program in C and assembly, but now I program in Outlook and PowerPoint :rolf:
