Bubbling everything to keep it level.
Truss rod cover installed.
Headstock holes were drilled to 11/32" (.343") and the Wilkinson bushings measure .353" O.D.
Cutting a 45° chanfer on the 3/8" holes in the control cavity with a carbide burr

The headstock has a dark wood veneer overlay, but it is actually painted black lacquer and blocked with 400# paper.

I did the Gibson Deluxe tuners on my G400. In my case it was for the looks not so much function. The stock Epi tuners seemed to be doing an adequate job. I like the look.

I prefer the hollow post tuner as they keep the errant end of the string out of play and they are also lighter.
