My B-day present to me

I just got the new one, V2.0 they call it... It is quite thick, and used on the low setting without much gain should push the little blighter where we need to go. Might be justification to buy meself a treble booster too! :D

V4? No.

Gat daem funny you mention treble booster. The Spark Booster? Keep it in mind. I had one mildly set it front of my SC clips. Tomorrow I'll do my Bad Monkey pedal with the SC. Then I'm gonna light the amp up with a pedal off the radar...but worthy. See if I can unravel 5 watts of Poosh elsewhere. Cause I'm only using 5 watts now...

I'm hoping, if the attenuator on the new amp works well and keeps most of the tone, to really push the power tube then the OCD (or a treble booster) should be able to get that lovely creamy OD punch in the face...

When I had an Origin 20 on 5 watts there was a lot, LOADS, of power and volume there - it's exceedingly loud. I bet your Studio 20 head, even on the 5w setting, really pushes air when the power tubes are allowed to breathe.

Regarding the OCD versions, the fella that runs the company seems to call them by slightly different names to most other folks, he names them v1.0 to v1.7 then v2. He claims to have only 2 actual versions because the v.1 to v.7 are the same pedal with minor modifications.

hence the slight push from a pedal. You're right. I'm use to big power but my girl told me today I can hear you all the way down to the mail box. 5 watts. Master under 4 on the knob. I was surprised.
