Ya would think, work all your life to get a band positioned, all originals, getting airplay, in the studio again for follow up. I would rather go fishing & ride the Harley & Mustang GT. The endless emails & social stuff, writing the songs & producing them, booking, always being PR, kinda want out of it. Running
24/7 business is plenty, can still record & make songs at home for free, which is prob what i enjoy most anyways, make a song from nothing from scratch- make it come alive & enjoy it-then next..lol. The accident had me inside for 4 years, way, way overplayed guitar & recorded too much. it was fun, but the outdoors & the roads & nature & crosstraining .. wan't to take it in at this age, can make music anytime but being outside, like it more.
