It's not really safe to go out partying anyway.
It would be better to stay away from public bar rooms, parades, and all of that.
Remember what happened last year / year before?
Play it safe and stay well. But have a happy Gras anyway...

Thanks! I had a nice day. I heard that this year the professional pick pocket people were at the parades. The cell phone stores were packed with people because their phones (and other valuables) were stolen at the parade.
