Kids React To Black Sabbath...

It's all about what their parents listen to in the car going to school.

That didn't work for me...I played nothing but 70's classic rock and I even played a lot of 90's grunge and stuff when my kids were young.

The oldest was born in 1984 and she is a boy band fanatic and watches all those $hitty shows like The Bachelor and reality TV crap

The youngest was born in 1990 and she listens to pop country as I call it...not even real full on country...also watches the reality TV...

Yuck. Sorry to hear that. Still time to brew a new batch?

"and I'm gonna have nightmares" LOL

As long as they find that spark, the thing about music that touches the soul, or the most inner introspective appreciation brain spots, or whatever you believe in.
That place where peace, and serenity can exist in parallel with the most enthusiastic adrenaline rush or inspirations.

The form it comes in changes over time but that "thing" - the joy of music - is the same.

I just typed and erased some sarcastic, yet accurate about the thing and culture some would call rap "music"
That would be the exception to the above, for me at least.
