Mates,

I was driving home this evening when, suddenly, Boz Scaggs' "Look What You've Done to Me" came on the radio. It immediately transported me back to 1980, working in a hotel restaurant as a waiter and room service. The local band, which was infinitely booked at the hotel, would play that song every night, and I would rake in the tips working between the bar/dance floor and the hotel rooms. 16 years old and diggin the Boz. I even spotted a few of my teachers there, hitting on the milfs.

Me no like Lido, but me really dig LOWDOWN! That tune was intended to be included in the SNF soundtrack, but was omitted due to (can't remember issue)... So, they substituted Lowdown with an instrumental number in the dance studio rehearsal scene. Imagine the royalties Boz could have enjoyed!

1980, Universal Amphitheater in Studio City, California. Classiest rock concert I've ever seen to this date... though a recent Steely Dan show comes in as a close second. Anyways, Boz's other two guitarist that evening... Michael Landau as Steve Lukather... heard of them?
