Is The Library Locked

Is this Category of Advertising & Merchandising locked.

I tried yesterday to start a new thread and it would not post, and today
to comment in an existing thread and it will not post

I think Category of Advertising & Merchandising
is a great spot for our Members to post their music they have out for sale here.

Damn great CD SG John has out "Awakening Stick" and it should be advertised here,
as well merchandise for sale here too.

How many more accomplished artist on this forum with finished CDs out, should all be here too.
