Well it made sense in my head, but this is on it's way. After much struggling with the decision over a Marshall SV 20 or a 1974x or, or.....
Pulled the trigger today and it will be here well whenever it gets here, no tracking number yet. After getting a Budda SD30 recently for a very reasonable price , And really digging it I thought this might be the missing link for me. I guess we will see. Less money than even a used SV20 or any other booteek brand, so what the hell.

Wow! That looks super cool! I just looked it up, and the features look perfect for what I would get much joy from! 4 Ω and 8 Ω taps are good in my book! I hope to see you jammin on it soon!

Nice man, let us know what you think.

I had a Budda Superdrive 18 for a while and it was killer, but damn if it wasn't the loudest 18 watts in history. It sounded amazing but only when really wound up and it was really hard to keep it quiet enough to be practical. I've owned 50 watt amps that were not as loud as that thing.

If the East has a more usable range of volume it would be quite an interesting amp.

I am hoping so also with it being the next generation of amps from him. It has a much better clean side that seems usable so maybe it’s sorted in that way. But I have an amazing attenuator also.

Marshall SV 20 or a 1974x

I have a 1974X It's pretty loud before it starts to breakup. At home
or in a small setting it's great. But it can get lost in a bigger room
with a loud drummer.

If I had it to do all over again I would
have bought something else. Mainly because
I think it's over priced.

It sounds pretty good when cranked. With that amp
the speakers need to push some air.

I have a Power Station to tame it. I think
those proprietary speakers sound the best with some air behind
them though
