So true Steve.....Those are rare and really a great way to do business...

There are a few in this music world that recognize their customers and want them to keep coming back..

The thought of remembering the ones that made their business possible goes along way..:H5:
That dollar bill has 0 loyalty lol, only the customer can be loyal.
At least some still get it.
 
It's nice to be appreciated, and a good move from the company to give a little back to promote a long-term relationship. That's something I've always liked about US businesses. In Asia, sadly, the opposite is true, companies are only concerned with short term profits rather than building relationships.
