Sort of. The farther one looked a bit wonky after it had touched down. It was seriously impressive though. That's how rockets landed in the Saturday Morning Picture shows when I was a kid.

Very cool. I watched one of those launches at Kennedy Space Center back in Oct.
We say the real thing live and they had a huge screen with local and on board cameras, then showed the booster landing on the deck of the barge.

Are you talking about the middle or main booster? If so, I heard it dropped into the Atlantic. I was wondering if the engines were still firing when it hit the water. Unused fuel? Recovery efforts?
