High Gain Amp, Passive Pickups, Squeal Need help

In the last part of the video you can hear that the squeal is present even when touching the strings.

The Two Notes guys contacted me on FB and are all over it. But I sent the unit back to Sweetwater since it's under warranty, and that would have ended on the 10th of this month.
