Hello

A little about me... I'm old. Get off my lawn...

I'm a classically trained (trumpet, piano, cello, and guitar) fine art photographer who re-thought career paths after being laid off of a university teaching position (physics)...

... and, following the requisite twists and turns, found the session player / touring accompanist / local side guy in me, and that lasted 20+ years. I saw the world from airports and hotels and, aside from the stink of Jet A fuel...met some wonderful musicians and basically had a blast.

A trust-fund nut job / white supremacist p.o.s. felt I and she whom I call spouse were not worthy of sharing oxygen when he saw us in a mall parking lot, and tried to remove us from the land of the living in 2006. Defending myself from his knife brought an end to performing. The injuries continue to deteriorate such that I don't play at all anymore.

I've been looking a little and I haven't stumbled on the forum rules. Can some direct me to the banned word list so I do not stumble across it. I learned to swear from a former Marine. Colorful is an accurate description to my use of language. I do not wish to offend...
