Happy Straturday kids

I do goofy stuff over on FB. Several folk here are also friends on said FB. I'm sure if asked they will confirm. Anyway, one thing I have been doing for awhile now is Happy Straturday. Now I share with all you lucky people. I think we'll start with the father of the Strat. Enjoy.

And there’s been an addition since this was taken. The second from the left is a 1989 35th anniversary CS. I liked it so much I bought a second one. It truly is a fine line between a hobby and a disease.

Don’t have to own one. The premise when I started this on FB was, every Saturday I posted a different photo of stars playing Strats. Rock. Country. Metal. Whatever and whoever I can find. Been doing this a couple years without a repeat.

And I only do it on Saturday.

Somewhere back when I started this obsession, even posted a photo of me playing a Strat. Had a cat. A snowman. Maybe even Santa.

Grant, what’s up with that unfinished orange Tele ?

It was a body and neck I got from @Sp8ctre for a project to put in a pair of humbuckers. It's still setting on the bench for when I have time to work on it. Arthritis in my hands has made it painful to play guitar most of the time, so finishing this project is on the back burner for now.
