Two hours to go as I'm posting this until dark. It's been oddly quiet my way this year which I'm really happy about, last year it was over the top and a bit stupid.

This will be my Golden Retriever puppy's first 4th (8 months old) so I hope he does OK.

Right before dark when it just got going good the birds were all flying around in a panic. I know pets don't deal very well. You would think that these days with the way people feel about animals that fireworks would be banned inside city limits. As a veteran with a chronic anxiety disorder I wouldn't mind one bit.
