It's true...
Hack just got a new Infinity.
And it tis a lovely wee beastie.
I tired of the Challenger. It just wasn't the right car for me anymore.
Been studying & pondering on this for the last month.
Did my homework and read the road tests.
There were a few candidates. So I whittled it down to the most practical of my unpractical sensibilities.
My first choice was a low mile Chevy SS. An Aussie built Holden car with the LS3 Chevy V8.
There were many low mile examples to choose from, several under 10k miles, but they were only made from 2014 to 2017 or 18.
So, no warranty for a high performance car that sells used for 40k. Ughhh, no.

Next was a new Kia Stinger. It checked all the right boxes, but just didn't deliver in the end, it was a strong contender.
Very strong.

Jag was in the running as well with the drop dead gorgeous F type catching my eye, but my sensibilities guided me to the XE & XF models.
Then I factored in the reliability ratings, the four cylinder turbo working to death and talked with my mechanic buddies and after a test drive, it just wasn't a good choice.

However the same mechanic buddies that steered me away from Jag & BMW raved about the Lexus & Infinity line.
Say what???? Hmmmmmm....
A looksie was indeed in order.
The Lexus models didnt float my boat, but the Infinity's caught my eye.
I liked the Q60 but being a coupe, was just too darn small. Though it accelerated like a scalded skunk being poked in the ass by a porcupine.
So, how could I get this zippy little twin turbo beastie in a sedan?

The answer was a 2020 Infity Q50 3.0t Luxe.

Its a wolf in sheeps clothing. Looks pedestrian, but hauls ass.
Speaking of wolves, Charlotte the pitbull cant wait to slobber and desecrate that virgin white interior.
A trip to the auto parts store will be in order for a set of black floor mats.

Some compromises will always have to be made, but for what I got for the Challenger, this was an easy decision.

New car day. Woohoo.
