Guns n Roses at CBGB

i played & went to cbgb's & i don't remember it looking like that... the stage was at the end of a narrow long room with a hallway stage right to the dressing rooms & bathrooms @ the far end...

in the mid 70"s it wasn't that hard or that big of a deal... i was in so many bands at the same time than i couldn't remember a single band name... i played with;

at the time... i remember a band playing called "red transistor" that was "interesting", al speak for "you suck"... a guitar player that was beyond out of tune making noise & a person slamming on the drums no beat or anything and they would stop & say things like "i love you, can i eat your brains" than back to the noise... they also had a chain saw that they couldn't start... it was on my to do with my wife bucket list so i took her there about 2002i/3sh...

Yup, stage at the end of the narrow room.

I once had some business there and saw the place before hours with the lights on. It was horrifying.
