Gotoh SD91 Tuners - Feedback Request:

Never used that particular style. Did use some other Gotoh tuners, and thought they were pretty nice. I used them on the two SGs that I made. Never heard any complaints.

Actually the ratio tuners are made by Gotoh apparently.
It comes with or without string lock (I used the locking ones just for laughs)
It has mounting plates that match Fender / Gibson screw holes, and 4 different finishes Gold chrome black etc. It fits the stock holes.
The main advantage is that the gear ratio is selected according to string diameter / wound unwound / pitch. Like for example low e wound string would use 39:1 ratio gear.

My new neck has 11/32" ream, so vintage-type tuners are where I want to go and all the Gotoh stuff I have used previously is really good, but I've only ever used Grover tuners...
