Going to the Cardiologist tomorrow

I have to see a cardiologist Tomorrow ,i been geting chest pain for a while,yesterday i went to my doc ,she did an EKg that was neg and she took blood work ,i was really shocked it came back good, so she wants to get an echogram and maybe a stress test, you just cant call and say i need tests i have to see the doc frist, i know im gonna wind up in the hospital
Wish me luck btw im in my 40's

Yeah, I hope it's a simple fix. Maybe an adjustment in your diet. Is it possible it might be related to heartburn or some other Gastrointestinal crap?
 
Take comfort from the fact that people who present to a doctor with some symptoms tend to live longer than the apparently completely healthy. They get treatment for whatever ails them, while the healthy have a nasty habit of dropping suddenly dead for reasons that only become apparent at autopsy.
 
Hope it goes well for you and they find out what is wrong. I've been getting chest pains for many years and they keep saying they can't find anything. Year by year they get sharper and sharper - but, I guess it's all in my head right - lol...
 
Good luck bro Tazz. Maybe start looking at pics of small chested women instead of your bigger chested friend. It might be a little easier on the ticker.
 
OMG @ stress test Goo. I WAS decently fit till I encountered pain I must endure in the back.
Now the weight has risen and walking is pretty painful due to low back pains. How fast and how long do they make you go on that stress test?

My last blood panel came back 80 proof... :-)

Chilli heres how this goes,they do a ultra sound of your heart under normal relaxed conditions,then they shoot this stuff in you that raises your heart rate,then they put ya on the treadmill walking at a slower pace,gradually they speed it up and raise the tilt of treadmill,you go till you cant go no more,then your layed back on the table and another ultra sound is taken.then your Doc looks at the results
 
My reg doc called today and my blood work was good i was shocked lol
But thanks all for the nice words i will be ok im kinda worried but thats what i do
