for another flying season, broke a tail wheel spring, there's one on each side. I was only able to get two last year at a hobby shop, nobody can get them over here since covid and you know who. Hobby shops are having a real hard time getting stock. The guy in Toronto had two only at $5. 00 wanted $25.00 to ship them to me, I said what just put them in an envelope and mail them to me.

The store manager said to me , i can't do that sir, they have to send it by courier, that's their policy, Way to far to drive there. I needed it, so i bit the Bullitt.

I paid the $30 , anyway, i have been looking for replacements for this plane and my others, springs are old need to be changed out. Checked amazon they had some , but wasn't sure. So this week had a flyer come to the house from Princess Auto, showing 200 springs all different sizes regular price $18 on sale for $10.79.

I had to go out so stopped by to check them out. Looked good from what i could see, i couldn't open them up to check. they were sealed , but from what i could see, i thought i would givem a try, nothing to lose but $11 , so i went for it. Sure am happy i did, had the sizes i need and have spares also. They worked great!DSC01432.JPGDSC01433.JPGDSC01431.JPG
