I liked George - he didn't suffer fools gladly (actually he didn't suffer them at all), and instead of mellowing in old age he got ever more ornery. Brilliant man.
 
I pretty much follow George Carlin's philosophy on life. I guess you can say his eyes were opened to all the B.S. happening in the world. He was sort of a news reporter in a funny kind of way. He touched on subjects that no one else would dare to do in his early career. Now you see a lot of comedians trying to imitate George. He's a legend.

George called it as he saw it. He saw a lot of stuff that the sheep closed their eyes to. I respect not only his brilliant sense of comedy, but even more so the way he would talk about what's really going on in the world. He would use comedy to tell the truth that news was not allowed to discuss.
