Finally, we shall rehearse again.

After barely touching my guitars in 6 months, not singing a tone.

So we have through a kind acquaintance, acquaintance got to borrow an isolated barn next weekend.

We'll only be three, me and a bassist and Mr. Heavy, our new drummer.

We are putting together 12-15 songs in a "set list" a bit of each from the 60-80's, and everyone's going to practice at home before we meet.

Mr. Heavy is going to buy Jäger, Whiskey and beer for a 48-hour weekend.

I know my voice will fall apart after 2 hours, will probably not be able to talk so much in the next few days.

But damn what fun it's going to be.

It is a large barn with some benches and tables and our families will certainly show up from time to time during the weekend, but not at the same time given the Pandemic.

Haven't looked forward to anything in a long time, but damn what fun it's going to be :)

Good luck.

That's awesome, I wish I was rehearsong too! I'm happy for you man and I hope you have a great time!

Soo we was setting up everything in the Barn today, god what it sounded awful, but that was just the sound check.

I can tell you that the best thing was that we got the lighting working.

We started to play Route 66, Easy song but my voice was all over the place, and my guitar playing was so sloppy........
Then we tried GNR:s version of Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Ok the voice where Ok, but the guitar playing, Oh my god was :poo:

Is it that hard to play guitar in a small Plexi, maybe I have to change guitar and amp or ? :) learn to play again

Could be too much pressure and thinking too much.

Happens too me when I go to rehearsals with my band, I forget everything :)
