That pic reminds me I could go for a 4-pack of Grolsch, errr, I mean get more red rubber washer strap locks, and,
I use 90° cables most times but cant do it on a strat jack plate.

Had one of them myself many moons ago-----wife found it pieces in a trash pile outside an abandon house---- brought the pieces home I put it back together ---
with "makeshift" strap --- and it worked !!!!

One great thing about Rage amps is that the strap is usually in excellent condition, so that's weird. Last time I got one I removed the strap and swapped it with the very tired strap on my 6534+ ... all of them seem to be the same part number and the 6534+ weighs a LOT more than a Rage so its strap was stuffed after five years of weekly use

they had taken it apart (2 strap buttons also hold chassis) and probably lost them-- speaker was out and unhooked -- chassis in one part of the pile wood and front in another

The Peavey Transtube amps always sound better than the Marshall solid states ... I think part of the problem is buying something labelled 'Marshall' and having it sound like crap, it's like a double disappointment.

I was able with an SD1 get decent tones from an mg 30, not as great as my tube amps but you could tell it has Marshall in its blood. Cheers
