A good (and easy) program to reduce a picture size? Everything I've tried just doesn't work and I'm trying to size pix all to the same size for The Library.

Regular Microsoft Paint can be used to resize pictures. I use Paint.net for most of my image editing, though. But, Microsoft Paint is more basic.
