Desert Vacation

Glad to hear you had an enjoyable get away, Robert.

I love Phoenix. We have a distribution center in Phoenix..I spend a week or two there every year. I'm an east coast boy, so the contrast makes such an awesome experience.
 
Nice to get away, I spent enough time in the Desert I don't want to vacation there anymore :p Was stationed in El Paso and spent most of the time out in White Sands and Saudi Arabia/Kuwait. I am a Northern boy.

I can dig that...I find a lot of beauty in the desert...and I enjoy photographing desert reptiles...and exploring.

I could get on board with those kind of activities out there. Those are the things I like to. I live up by Laurel Caverns & Ohiopyle and we spend a lot of time up there. We also live on top of 100+ year old coal mines & what not. I do want to take a trip to Egypt one of these days. We landed in Cairo on our way to Saudi Arabia but we weren't allowed to leave the airport.
