decent tutorial for playing by ear

thought it might be of use to ya fellas that can actually play :)

Sometimes I put a digital radio channel on and try to play along with whatever comes up. His methods work pretty well. I have never tried singing the riff though. I’m going to have to try that. Whatever method you use, ear trying is always worth it. I am in envy of people that can naturally tell you notes and/or chords they hear. It takes a lot of trial and effort for me just to figure out the key.
