Because Marshall stopped making them. It was too expensive to make and the export fees made the price too high.

That Marshall Power Brake is a nice piece of vintage gear at a decent price. But I already have a Rivera Rock-Crusher attenuator, which I assume is a much better attenuator due to it being more modernly built and with more extra useful features.
